You can Never Tell with a….(written by Bushwick and audience on Jan 24th)
Pooh Bear, as he’s commonly known by his many fans, will be brought to life through the original music of The Bushwick Book Club. “Not your run-of-the-mill book club,” Bushwick members write and perform songs about favorite books they’ve read. This special performance will tell the tales of A.A. Milne’s beloved Winnie-the-Pooh and its crazy cast of characters — Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Christopher Robin, and the others. Combine your family’s love of reading and music for an unforgettable lyrical stroll through the Hundred Acre Wood.
In the video you will hear how Sergei Prokofiev uses musical instruments and melodies to represent characters from the story — just like what we will be doing at the event!
